• Emergency Panic App (mobile alert service)

4. Emergency Panic App — Special Terms

The Emergency Panic App is a life-safety tool provided exclusively to authorised clients under a valid service agreement. By using the Panic App, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The service is available only to registered clients with a valid PIN.
• Activating a panic alert transmits your GPS location to our response team.
• False or malicious alerts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination of service and legal action.
• Response times may vary based on location, traffic, and availability of patrol units.
• The Company is not liable for delays caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to road conditions, natural disasters, or civil unrest.
• The Panic App is a supplementary security measure and does not replace emergency services such as the Jamaica Constabulary Force (119) or ambulance services (110).

5. Enquiries and Contact Forms

Submitting an enquiry through our website does not constitute a binding service agreement. All service engagements require a formal written contract signed by an authorised representative of Alphaguard Protection Limited. We will endeavour to respond to enquiries within 2 business days.

6. Career Applications

Submitting a career application through our website does not guarantee employment or an interview. All applications are reviewed at the Company's sole discretion. We reserve the right to reject any application without providing a reason. Personal data submitted in applications is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
